answer:Contact the seller and your local UPS. Let both know the tracking is showing the package was delivered but that you have not rec’d the package. If this were me, I’d also open a case on ebay stating your package hasn’t arrived yet. To do so, go to “Purchase History” on the right under Leave feedback click on “More Actions”, then “Resolve a problem”...Then “I didn’t receive my item”.
