answer:Chrome ships with its own version of Flash that is embedded in the Application. It doesn’t use the version other browsers use. If you only use Chrome I would suggest entirely removing Flash to prevent the prompt. And there is a setting in Chrome that makes it so you have to click on things to play. Preferences -> Advanced -> Content Settings -> Plug-ins -> Run Automatically
