answer:You’re right, at least in theory. The medicine should work regardless of the moisture it causes. “Should” is the key word. Creams make my yeast symptoms worse. I have to specifically ask for an ointment or gel instead, as they don’t stay “wet” – and they create a barrier that helps keep moisture out.
