Not to sound bossy; but… Take a deep breath, turn off your computer, go for a walk around the block, when you get back take a long hot bath & then go to bed. Tomorrow morning will be a new day with new problems & this one won’t seem so major. I’ve lost 10 pounds since joining Fluther from my walks around the block!!! LoL
