State working principle and applications of servo motor.

1 Answer

Answer :

Working Principle of Servo Motor: Basically servo motor is made up of DC motor, which is controlled by a potentiometer and some gears. Its angle of rotation is controlled by the duration of applied pulse to its control circuit. The input current to the motor is automatically adjusted, and according to this the motor moves and correct the position. The working is similar to other electromagnetic motors. Servo motor is used in feedback control systems.
