Last Answer : And you don't eat any fish at all ??? Fillets, baked / fried, drowned, fish salad, ´oleys´ ?? Seafood, squid, crabs, lobsters? ;-) So eat liver and carrots (or other sources of vitamins A and D), salt is iodized - you do not need fish. ;-)
