What is an Ammeter ?

1 Answer

Answer :

An ammeter is a device which can be used to directly measure the flow of electricity in an electric single ampere. It is a galvanometer whose resistance is very low. It has to be connected in series with the circuit. As a result, the entire current flows through the meter coil.
