A numeric keypad is a section containing 16 to 18 keys, like a calculator on the right side of the keyboard . Numeric keypads are convenient for statistical and math work. The numeric keypad can be used for most dual functions by turning the Num Lock key on the top left of the numeric keypad. That is , the mathematical functions work when the Num Lock key is turned on, and when the Num Lock key is off, the words written below the numeric keys will work. For example , the 7 text key contains the text below the home. If Num Lock key is turned on then 7 will be written. When the Num Lock key is off, pressing it will move the cursor to the end of the line.
