sounds like bugs in the soil...................check on Selvin and see if this orchard is on their list of plants................if so.............take it outside.....mix a batch of selvin in a 5 gallon bucket.....dip the top first then sink the bottom until the bubbles stop............clean your counter with some vinegar and water...........white vinegar.
