Answer :

Did you have a previous version of Nero on your computer before this one? You should download the General CleanTool utility from their site and run it several times. Make sure you download the correct one, not the Nero 9 version. You can find it here: http://www.nero.com/eng/tools-utilities.html#tab4 In fact, use it instead of uninstalling the malfunctioning apps. It will clean the registry as well. If that doesn’t work you’ll have to go through Nero’s tech support. Good luck!
