My teeth were never yellow but they weren’t “white” anymore so 2 years ago I used crest whitestrips for 2 weeks and when I was done they were definitely whiter and after that I started brushing my teeth at least 2 times a day very thoroughly, but often 3 or 4 times a day and they’ve maintained the whiteness ever since. i believe youre supposed to use them every 6 months or a year or something, but i haven’t seen a need.
