answer:We have a debt problem. However, treasury bond rates are so low that the market will essentially pay us to borrow money from it. If the government were a business, it would take the free money and invest it. We should borrow money and put people to work improving our infrastructure. Do whatever it takes to get unemployment back down to 5%. Then, when the economy improves, raise taxes—mostly on the rich—to pay down the debt.
