Do you think that the Articles of Confederation should have been revised or replaced?

1 Answer

Answer :

In a sense it was by the Constitution. However, I do believe there were good points in the Articles of Confederation, to totally have replaced it, I cannot imagine with what. It was not complete, as the Constitution was not, the attempt or the spirit of which it was constructed I can attest too, I believed they did not want the new nation of the United States to get contaminated by the system of old where royalty and nobility ruled the roost. I think the spirit of the Articles of Confederation was to ”live together, or die alone”; referencing ”Lost”.
