Within 2 days, I botched my breakfast and broke a glass. Things that do not happen very often at all! Guilt is a horrendous thing if you have a guilt complex. Something happened to me at work almost 40 years ago and I still kick myself in the ass for my part! Sorry you’re having a bad time. But remember: There’s always tomorrow! Have a nice day!
