Answer :

It does have the potential to do so. I do wonder what his reasoning is. Guess we will find out eventually. I don’t think that it will result in any charges brought against Mueller however. From what I have gleaned the man is very professional, very thorough in his research, investigative techniques and conduct and I believe he holds his staff to the same high standards. He was even held in high esteem by Republicans before being asked to run this investigation.
