What would your friends say is your biggest weakness?

1 Answer

Answer :

Whenever my friends and I travel together, I do a lot of advanced planning. Most of my travel companions appreciate it, but some find it annoying. We just went to the Southwest, and three months before we were going I had already put together a list of all the things we had to see. I kept everyone going all day long, every single day. In the end we all had a great time. This candidate chooses to talk about something that could be perceived as a weakness but that also demonstrates her skills. By giving this answer, she demonstrates three skills — planning, research, and strong leadership qualities. Some of her friends may not appreciate her advanced planning, which is why she considers this a weakness, but she also shows that everything worked out in the end.

Never Say: “I never see my friends because I’m always working.” You know what they say about all work and no play. A little time away from the office is good for everyone.
