Why don't they make Desktop OS run as smooth as mobile OS?

Answer :

Desktop OSs are more powerful and can do more things compared to iOS or Andriod. As they are more open and have way more going on the might not run as smooth.If this crash I would reinstall the OS or maybe get a newer computer.
