Dibrugarh-Kanyakumari VIVEK EXPRESS is currently the longest route train in Indian subcontinent. It is a weekly train which runs from Dibrugarh in Assam to Kanyakumari in Tamilnadu which is the southermost tip of Indian mainland. In total, it covers a distance of 4286 km. The train number is 15905/15906.This train was started in 2011–12 railway budget to comemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda.
