PZEV cars are environmentally friendly because they leave a small or no carbon footprint at all. In other words, a car that has a Partial Emissions Zero Vehicle rating does not emit as much waste as other cars. Ford Fusion, Honda Accord, and Subaru Outback are excellent examples of PZEV cars.
