Robusta and Arabica coffees are made up of different coffee beans, steaming from two different plants. Arabica is known for being a more mild coffee; Robusta is well-known for its’ high content of caffeine. Arabica coffee is considered more of a bitter tasting coffee; while Robusta is described as a smoother and more aromatic coffee to drink. Overall the most popular coffee to drink by consumers is Robusta, as it is a more mild and smooth coffee, and is also less expensive than Arabica coffee.
