Fat thighs might be an indirect contribution, but the problem is gut flora coming out of your butt. Get a small spray bottle and fill it with hydrogen peroxide. Peroxide is cheap so get plenty. Get some sort of baby wipes, antiseptic if you can find them. After wiping with regular tp, spray and wipe with the baby wipes. Spray again as necessary. You might skip the baby wipes and use paper towels. That works. If you eat yogurt regularly you won't have so much of a problem because the yogurt bacteria will flush everything else out of your system. But that takes a few weeks.
