Our neighbor recently called the cops that he was in the barracks and wanted to jump down. He is said to have financial problems. Do you think he really wanted to kill himself? Or that it was just demonstrative? If he really wanted to jump he would climb on the barracks and jump but he certainly wouldn't call the police I want to jump come. What do you think about it?
