I grow first year hot peppers. It looks like goat's horns (I thought goat's horns wouldn't burn so much) but it burns terribly that it can't be eaten. I will have a lot of them. I thought I would cook them, but if they burn like this, I would eat a cooked glass for maybe half a year. Don't know what to do with it? How to preserve and alleviate burning? They need to be handled with something else so that it's not just hot peppers. But I can't think of anything. You will be good for advice
