Computer does not want to connect to the Internet even though it is connected to Wifi (Wxp)

Mom on the other laptop is unable to establish a connection to wifi. It still worked, but for the third day the message "Not connected" appears next to the Wifi name even though the PC is connected to the wifi and offers "Disconnect" I tried to restart the pc, delete and save the wifi again, restart the wifi .. Everything I could . If I connect to any wifi, it reports the same error, so I assume it won't be in the router. I even planned to look at the firewall settings, but since we have this ntb, some part of the program is missing, so I don't think so. This problem has happened to us once, but I don't know how we solved it. Thank you for your help
