No provision of Shariah can be imposed on a child till he becomes an adult. Because , Rasulullah said , lifting the pen from the third : from the little one until he speaks , and from the sleep until he seeks, and from the madman until he can do it. Until and (3) until the mad conscience is regained. (Abu Dawood 4403 Tirmidhi 1423 Nasai 3432 Ibn Majah 2041) Therefore, if a minor child holds the Qur'an without ablution, he will not have any sin. However, adults should teach the child that the Qur'an cannot be grasped without ablution.
