It depends on how you want the system to be developed whether it’s a web based application or an application people can install on their computer or something. In either case you’d also want to consider whether you want to use Microsoft technologies or non-Microsoft technologies. For instance with Access databases you could use VB .Net or ASP .Net to integrate your program with them. If you wanted to use Microsoft technologies you could use either Access, MySQL, MS SQL or more. I’m sure with other languages you could connect to different database services but it may not be as easy. But languages like PHP have a great integration with database systems like MySQL. Actually reading back I’m just waffling and it would be much better if we chatted over it like you suggested, as I am definitely interested. Shame I can’t understand the site though, maybe I’ll pass it through google translate sometime :)
