It sounds really interesting—it sounds more like “body hacking” than psuedoscience, but I haven’t tried it, or read much about it until now =) One of it’s biggest critics (mostly critiquing Seth Roberts’s science) did say “Jenkins admitted that the diet can only be benign, saying, “It is both cheap and safe.”” I say go for it and let us know what happens =)
