answer:I looked at the source and it’s fairly simple, at least in terms of the layout, which is basic CSS. Then they used Perl (programming language) to handle the form inputs and to spit out an answer at the end. For that, you need to have a server that accepts and can run a Perl interpreter. I have a feeling you probably could find some free Perl scripts online for form handling, which you could then modify to suit your specific website. The easiness of this really depends on your level of comfort in terms of web publishing, handling a bit of programming, getting the script set up, etc. To me, the CSS is pretty damn easy, but you start to get out of my comfort level with the scripting, though I could figure it out with enough time. Someone who has no knowledge of coding or web publishing would probably find it more difficult.
