Both. Some men have a very attractive natural scent. But you have to be pretty close to smell it, so that defeats the chances of it being a cause for attraction. Unless by some fluke incident you are pushed very close together. Nice cologne is awesome. It just amplifies your natural tones. Women are more sensitive to these types of scents than men.
