Has anyone ever read the book called Sophies World by Jostein Gaarder?? If so would you say it is a good read?

Yep, i did read it, after i tried to read books written by philosophers which proved to be too difficult for me, and it is a good story to begin to understand it. If i recollect correct it was written for youth, not sure though. There is also a movie made of the book.
