answer:Refrain from using any sharp instrument like a pencil or pen and stick to using your computer. Actually, seriously, just write. Use that passion, use that authenticity of your experience and your anger and just write, write, write. The only risk is that you might pull up feelings in yourself that you are not prepared to deal with and it might be wise to have someone, a friend or a therapist at the ready in case that happens but other than that, I don’t believe I have ever encountered any kind of book or instructional video that is specifically targeted or designed for “enraged writers.” Really, I don’t think such a thing exists. Also, you might want to look into whether there are creative writing classes offered by a local college or university, community college, art center, museum school, etc. where a teacher might help you channel your “energies” into constructive work and writing better than you may be able to channel it yourself right now.
