The Galaxy S4 was just released. If you’re in an area that has decent AT&T service, the Nexus 4 is a great option. It’s pure Google (no carrier or hardware manipulation/destruction of the OS) running the latest version of pure Android. And since it’s unsubsidized, you can avoid contracts and go month-to-month through AT&T or Straight Talk ($45/mo).
