answer:American Express has always had very good service for me in terms of problems I might have with a charge. They can be a little frustrating tryng to get put of their annual rates. They have cards with no annual rates, but the ones I choose have annual rates. Right now I have a Delta Airlines card. My other card right now is a Chase card, Marriott Chase Visa, and I have only had to call customer service twice a few years ago about a charge for help, and I was happy with their service. I also call them to get out of annual rates and they are ok. I think I was given a free night stay this year. I pick my credit cards based on what benefit I can get overall. I don’t pay any attention to the interests rates, because I never pay interest. I look at the annual rates, and how I can earn free stuff. I often get out of part or all of the annual rate, because I do a lot of spending, and threaten to leave the card if they don’t do something to lower my cost.
