Then after the first visit, do a check. Don’t be afraid to criticize them if they didn’t do something. You’re paying good money and you should expect good service. Make sure they are bonded and carry insurance. It’s not really necessary for you to be there while they are cleaning, but it might be useful the first time in case they have questions.
