Wireless signals in close proximity to electric wires reduces the distance that you can use for successful wifi transmission. But it isn’t really an either / or. Switches are for one purposes, and outlets are for another. So what do you want to be turning on? As far as quality, if they are all UL listed, then the mechanics are safe to use. So there is no difference in that. However, the wireless is not likely to be satisfying no matter what brand you use.
