One that I built or remodeled with my own hands. About 2500 sq ft, walkout basement, brick, about a half acre of “yard” and surrounded by at least 10 acres of wooded land. A large detached workshop also. Nearby lake or stream, good view of the mountains. Small pool would be nice.
