iPhone or android? Iphone can do this easily: “Use Do Not Disturb on your iPhone. Tap Settings and then tap Do Not Disturb. Tap “Allow Calls From” and select “All Contacts”. Either turn Do Not Disturb on manually, or set the schedule to 24 hours. Do Not Disturb will now always only allow phone calls from your contacts.” From Wikihow Here is an article about Androids.
