Answer :

It is possible. But that would mean actually doing something. Not really your strong suit. I know that was dickish. But it is time to kinda accept the reality and go from there. Consider your current situation the norm instead of dreaming. And work with that. Seriously man. I love you to bits but the constant dreaming is preventing you from actually doing stuff. I would try to walk for a hour a day to get the juices flowing.
