The $1400 is still in the bill, though it obviously hasn’t been passed yet. The income thresholds have not been finalized, but I imagine that anyone who is asking for financial reasons is likely to qualify. Most likely, the income thresholds will stay the same as in the previous bill, meaning that full checks will go to individuals making $75,000 or less and married couples making $150,000 or less. Individuals or couples who make above the threshold will get smaller checks, most likely with an upper limit of $100,000 for individuals and $200,000 for married couples. Of course, nothing is certain until the bill has been finalized, passed, and signed.
