Have you or anyone you know well used Section 8 housing vouchers?

1 Answer

Answer :

Many years ago I dated a girl that had Section 8 housing. I’m not sure how long it took her to get approved, but I’m pretty sure it took about as long as it took her to get onto welfare. She was a lucky one in that she found someone that was willing to accept Sect 8. The number of people that would accept it were slowly, and then more rapidly, evaporating. The house she lived in was okay. It wasn’t a mansion by any means, but it was in decent shape and had a yard and was on a quiet side street.
