(1) Konkan coast Explanation: Konkan, also known as the Konkan Coast or Kokan, is the northern section of the western coast of India. It is a 720-km long coastline. It consists of the coastal districts of western Indian states of Karnataka, Goa, and Maharashtra. The Southern part of the western coast from Goa to Kanyakumari is called Malabar Coast.
