Breast infections are not always easy to recognize. However, some symptoms are obvious. If there is a discharge from the nipple area, soreness, a lump that feels hot, and (or)if you are running a low grade fever; there is something wrong. Basically, if something doesn't seem right, it is time to see a doctor. You can't know if it is anything minor or something serious without being checked out by a doctor.
