The only way the dreams can be true is through stern, positive and fruitful approach. If you want to get something it’s obvious you will have to loose something. In case of diet to loose fat , one will have to give up long hours of sleep , late morning wake ups , all the oily, tasty crunchy foods and of course time to exercise and with then all the will to do. However I have a routine just to suit up normal weight loose . Morning 7:30 Get Up . Wash Up. Drink Hot water mixed with 1 teaspoon honey and half lemon. Go for your exercise routine Stretch every part of your body before doing any type of exercise to avoid muscle pull or sudden pain. Go for jogging and after 5 mins go for sprint may be a minute , then again go for jogging and repeat the same as per preference For reduction of weight in specific area go for the concerned exercises’ Take with yourself warm water to drink in between your exercise Go for horse step as this is a jumping exercise and it effects the whole body(40 min workout is more than enough to keep you healthy and fit) After finishing your routine exercise relax yourself by taking deep breadth and shaking your hands and legs , instead of sitting and relaxing As soon as you reach your place go for wash Drink Black tea (with drops of lemon) or Green tea instead of the regular tea./ Or you can also drink Sattu pani with black salt and lemon drops 8:45 Breakfast should be light but enough to keep you filled in. Please avoid any kind of readymade products like breads/biscuits/wafers If you like dairy products and you are missing them, then you can utilize your craving here as dairy products are also important to keep you healthy and provide the required calcium and protein Boiled but cooled down milk (low fat)with cornflakes, with fruits(banana/strawberry/apple/mango..) dry fruits + if you want egg then go for only the white part OR Orange Juice/light Buttermilk with any normal Indian breakfast but cooked with minimal oil Grab an apple before leaving for your work Work 10:00 Leave for Work. It depends on your job what kind of behavior you have for whole day. In case you got to sit in the office and work, then you need to utilize your office time to not put on what you eat during your office hours If you don’t like eating get juices for yourself, but be careful as the fruits too have some calories in them , hence too much of it can make you blow up Use the stairs in your office for any kind of to fro Drink at least 2ltrs of water that is at least 8 glasses. This will also keep your hunger away and won’t even add calories as the juices Go for a fruitful break in between reaching office and lunch break(avoid banana/go for any of the melons, coconut water/you can also have a mix of fruits with yogurt) Go for 15 mins walk(no low but at least medium) Afternoon 2:30 Get ready for your lunch. Lunch can be taken a bit heavy as per your cravings to avoid overloaded dinner 2 parts of whole wheat fresh baked breads, with green vegetable, pulses cooked in water with pinge of Zeera(watery enough to drink, this is healthy for your body),Salad(onion/tomato/cucumber with no salt), Keep papaya or any seasonal fruit for lunch if you feel hungry. Go for walk again Evening 5:30 Go for evening snacks Sprouts are good and healthy protein with 0%fats/but sprouts should not be over grown as the white parts of them are filled with bacteria , hence manage with less of whites Make a quick easy mix of different sprouts with tomatoes onions salt to taste good Go for a hot drink in case you think its needed. If with milk go for low fat milk and less sugar/ Or the best options is green tea 7 Go for a drink and then workout for 15 mins Night 8:45 Dinner Time. This should be light as then you need to rest your body for 7 hrs Again two parts of whole wheat fresh baked breads, with boiled chicken (salt n pepper and other herbs like mint , basil, oregano, Neem , Spinach leaves), green vegetable, salad, a bowl of dal to keep you healthy Relax yourself after eating by sitting in the Japanese position(the way they sit while eating food), this helps you to avoid any kind of indigestion and also keeps your tummy in When you feel good go for walk In case you feel hungry you can go for any fruit you wish to.
