Almost all paper types can be recycled. The higher (purer) the grade, the better it is for recycling. White paper, i.e. office paper, is the highest grade. Low grade paper products like the paper wrapped around a ream is not recycable. Paper that can't be recycled included: food contaminated paper, oily paper, wax paper (i.e. milk cartons), laminated paper, and any paper that has been contaminated or contains plastic.
