Would diabetes affect my eyes?

Answer :

If left untreated or if u refunse to cut off of certain food and change the way u live as in no exersice and eating everything that make ur situation worse. Then eventually it will affect ur eyes... It may start with only 1 and then move to the other. Or it May affect both at once.
