Is the criminal record still there?

When I had a criminal record 6 years ago and now I want to apply for a job where they want a clean TR. Is it possible that I will have it already deleted? Or is it there forever?

there is a sentence in the register forever, but it is no longer stated in the extract from the register (without you having to apply for extermination) in the following cases: - in the case of a suspended sentence after the condition expires in other cases, you have to apply for extermination and the court must decide: - in the case of imprisonment (after 1 to 10 years after release) - in the case of deportation (after 3 years from the sentence) - in the case of a ban on entry, residence ban (after 1 year after expiration) - for forfeiture and for fines (after 1 year from the sentence)
