Immobilizer škoda felicia

My immobilizer has stopped working. The car had been standing at the barracks for about 4 years, and now the lights were blinking, probably with something about electricity. It doesn't react at all if I put the card in there or not. Is it difficult to uninstall the immobilizer? Or an experienced car mechanic has to do it.
