From what age should a child go to the toilet?

Our little one can't get used to the toilet at all. He is 3 years old and still has diapers. At what time should he go to the bathroom or to the potty? We try, but the little one doesn't know what to do there. The same thing about a potty, it just won't happen. He doesn't know how to do it. Releasing water does not help.

I'm surprised you write that the little one doesn't know what to do on the potty. Don't tell me you started peeing and pooping in the toilet and potty only now ?! (fubar) It is true that diapers are so comfortable for children that they do not even try to go elsewhere when their buttocks are dry. It's up to you to teach him. Not really diapers in three years! And once he has them, he'll use them, that's for sure. I think you neglected the exercise.
