That ********* has such nice stripes. Is there a form for it? Or is it mistaken by hand?

Answer :

The dough is divided into nine pieces, from which longer rolls are rolled. The bottom row is of 4, the middle of 3 and the top of 2 braided braids. In order for the ********* tree to hold up well, the braids are pierced from above with a skewer, which, however, pulls out after baking.
