Can anyone eavesdrop on my cell phone?

When I didn't do anything? Sometimes when I call I hear a crack.

Eavesdropping is not complicated - you just have to have the money for the appropriate equipment (units of millions) or a legitimate interest ...: o But - you certainly don't recognize such eavesdropping by "such as cracking" - it looks like a phone defect.
